Delaware Counties
Delaware has three counties, and each one runs its own set of police blotter records. New Castle County is the most populous and covers Wilmington and the north end of the state. Kent County sits in the middle and includes the state capital, Dover. Sussex County covers the south end, from inland farm towns to the beach communities on the Atlantic. Every county works with the Delaware State Police, a sheriff's office, and the local town police.
